WILLOUGHBY, Ohio -- A local restaurant went up in flames overnight in Willoughby.A witness told NewsChannel5 that at least three different fire departments were on the scene.The restaurant, which is located on state Route 306, was once the Brown Derby.The fire department said no one was hurt.
