PARMA, Ohio -- Police on Monday arrested a Parma man accused of raping a 14-year-old boy.

Richard L. Geiger, 63, is charged with one count of rape, and officials said more charges are expected.

Police said the alleged victim said he was provided with pornographic magazines before being taken to Geiger's apartment, where he was sexually assaulted.

Geiger has a previous gross sexual imposition conviction stemming from a 1981 arrest in Cleveland.

Parma police said an investigation concluded that Geiger targets teenage boys and that there is reason to believe this isn't an isolated incident.
