Man Shot, Killed Near Fourth District Headquarters

A man was shot several times and killed on Cleveland's east side Thursday morning.

Police said multiple gunshots were heard west of the Fourth District Headquarters just after 2 a.m.

Officers found Manuel V. Davis, 25, wounded on Harris Avenue near East 93rd Street. He was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Police said a van filled with people was seen leaving the scene of the shooting at a high speed.

No arrests have been made. Detectives are investigating.
