CLEVELAND -- A local man used MySpace to lure young girls to his bed, officials said.

Kenneth Tomsa told a judge he had learned his lesson but the judge sentenced him to three years in prison. He pleaded guilty last month to four counts of unlawful sex with a minor and pandering lewd materials.

Tomsa stood up in court and apologized to the four teenage girls he'd had sex with.

Prosecutors said for two years when Tomsa was 21 to 23, he met four girls using the Web site MySpace. The girls were 14 to 15 years old.

Prosecutors said Tomsa would encourage them to sneak out of their homes in the middle of the night and meet him. He also videotaped himself having sex with two of the girls.

During the hearing, a father of one of the victims asked for justice.

"He has spent endless hours pursuing his victims on the Internet, he's still on his MySpace account," the father said. "My daughter lives every day with fear she may have AIDS and fear that a video of her having sex may be on the Internet."

The judge acknowledged that Tomsa too was young at the time, but added that this wasn't "one-time," that he planned these encounters over a two-year period.

After serving three years in prison, Tomsa will serve five years probation and be registered as a sex offender.
