LORAIN, Ohio -- A local councilman faces prostitution and driving under the influence charges, NewsChannel5 reported.

Lorain police arrested Lorain City Councilman Dennis Flores on Friday.

They said he was involved in efforts to procure prostitutes.

Six other men were also arrested in the sting. Javier Hernandez, David Gunter, Milan Komadina, Justin Hoag, and Frank Delmonico face several charges.

Lorain and Elyria police used decoy prostitutes as part of a "John" sting.
