The move toward lighter menu options comes as consumers say they want to eat more healthfully. According to the National Restaurant Association, three fourths of adults are trying to eat more healthfully than they did two years ago."There is a positive trend that shows more and more restaurants across the nation providing nutrition information to customers," NRA spokesman Michael Donohue said.
