CLEVELAND -- A 36-year-old Cleveland man was shot and killed during an argument over an unpaid debt at a card game Sunday evening.Officials said the shooting occurred on Cedar Avenue at about 6:40 p.m. Malcom Stephens' mother notified police after she found her son with multiple gunshot wounds.Edward Jewell, 34, of Cleveland, was arrested in connection with the shooting.No other information is known at this time.
