CLEVELAND -- Many people were on hand Friday for the dedication of a new trail in Cleveland.The Treadway Creek Greenway Restoration and Trail now links Harmody Park with the Ohio and Erie Canal Towpath.After the dedication, the crowd got to use the trail for the first time.The $1.3 million trail is home to 21 acres of plants and wildlife.
