OBERLIN, Ohio -- A Cleveland air traffic control center is up and running Tuesday morning after a major problem.Workers shut down the Oberlin station for a half-hour Monday night after losing air to ground communication.A spokesperson for Cleveland Hopkins International Airport said cases like these are unusual, but do happen.
