KFC Robbed Over Weekend

An Akron Kentucky Fried Chicken was robbed Sunday afternoon, officials said.

Employees told police that two men entered the restaurant and approached the counter. One of them pulled out a pistol and demanded money from the register.

They both fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

The men are black and between 20 and 24 years old, the police said. One was about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighed about 155 pounds. He was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt. The other man was about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighed about 145 pounds. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.

Anyone with information should contact police.
