CLEVELAND -- A pedestrian died after being hit by a Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities bus Monday.Kimberly Young, 51, died Monday.There was no one on the MRDD bus at the time of the accident.The details of the accident are unknown.The accident caused Chester Avenue between East 40th and East 55th streets to be closed.
