Playhouse Square To Offer 'Wicked' Refunds

CLEVELAND -- Theater-goers who were unable to make it to Playhouse Square over the weekend because of a snowstorm will get a refund if they missed "Wicked," "An American Girl Story," and "We Gotta Bingo." Tickets purchased from Playhouse Square should be mailed to: Playhouse Square

The deadline to receive a refund is March 24. No requests will be processed after this date. Ticket holders should anticipate two to four weeks for refunds to be processed. Tickets purchased through a secondary market ticket agency, such as eBay or Stub Hub will need to follow up with the original buyers of the tickets.
