CLEVELAND -- Snow plow drivers have been working overtime to get streets cleared of all the snow after a storm dumped nearly 2 feet in some areas.Cleveland officials got all main roads cleared and then diverted all its resources to the residential streets on Sunday to begin plowing, but it apparently wasn't enough. Several side streets remain snow-covered and impassable.Officials blame the delay on stranded or abandoned cars. Residents are encouraged to move their vehicles or assist others so that the snow plows can work with minimal disruptions.Cleveland police were towing vehicles abandoned on city main streets. Cleveland expects to have residential streets plowed by the afternoon rush hour.The Department of Aging will be providing limited snow removal service to seniors who need access for providers or medical appointments.
