Motorists Asked Not To Park On City Streets

Cleveland city officials are encouraging residents to stay off the streets as much as possible during the storm. If you must travel, please allow yourself extra time to travel safely.

Several other cities have issued a snow ban because of snowy weather. People are asked not to park on the streets.

Those cities include Hudson, Broadview Heights, Richmond Heights, Seven Hills, Tallmadge, Maple Heights, Parma and Mogodore.

Most of the snow bans are set to expire Monday.

Portage County has issued a level 2 snow alert, which means roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow.

Only those who feel it is necessary to drive should be out on the roads.
