PARMA HEIGHTS, Ohio -- A postal worker was struck and killed by a car in Parma Heights on Thursday.According to police, the mail carrier was crossing York Road before Independence when he was struck by a 1990 Acura driven by a 19-year-old.The victim was taken to Parma Hospital where he was pronounced dead.A U.S. Postal Service representive identified the victim as 42-year-old David Dunafee of Brunswick.The accident is under investigation.
