SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio -- A city of Cleveland water department representative said there is a boil alert in effect for a section of South Euclid because of a leaking water main.

The alert affects residents east of Quillams, north of North Hampton, and south and west of Bridgeview.

Residents are asked to boil water for three minutes before drinking or cooking. The alert is in effect until 9 a.m. on Thursday.
