19-Year-Old Suspected In Lawyer's Beating Faces Judge

CLEVELAND -- One of the teen suspects accused of attacking a Shaker Heights lawyer faced a judge on Thursday.

Joseph Wilson, 19, pleaded not guilty to charged of attempted murder, aggravated robbery and kidnapping.

His bond was set at $250,000.

Prosecutors said Wilson was one of the teens who attacked lawyer Kevin McDermott on New Year's Eve.
