Woman Robbed In Area Mall's Parking Lot

AKRON, Ohio -- Akron police are investigating two Saturday separate robberies. The first happened about 7 p.m. Saturday in the Chapel Hill mall parking lot. A woman told police a man stuck a gun in her face and stole her purse. A few hours later, police said a man robbed another woman at gunpoint in the Howe Avenue Plaza parking lot. Police suspect the same person in both robberies.
