Man Found Not Guilty For Attacking Imam

Attack Happened In 2000

A verdict has been handed down in the assault of a local imam, NewsChannel5 reported.

The attack happened in August of 2000. Imam Frederick Quasim Khan said the attack nearly killed him.

Carl Woodard was found not guilty of felonious assault against Khan. The charges stemmed from an incident from the Imam's daughter and ex-boyfriend.
