Family Preparing For Thanksgiving Meal Shot; 1 Killed

Toledo police responded to the scene of a shooting on the city's west side.

The shooting happened in the 1600 block of Freeman Road, NewsChannel5 partner ONN reported.

Police said the people inside the home were preparing their Thanksgiving dinner when someone entered the home and started shooting.

Police have confirmed Mark Draper, 35, was killed, and his father, Ronnie Draper, was injured.

No other information was available.
