City To Host Toy Gun Buyback This Weekend
First 400 Kids To Turn In Guns Get McDonald's Gift Certificates

CLEVELAND -- While the city holds a gun buyback program on Saturday, it will also host a toy gun buyback program for the children.The toy gun buyback will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Broadway United Methodist Church at 5246 Broadway Ave.The first 400 youths to bring in their toy guns will be given McDonald's gift certificates.Children older than 8 will also be given certificates for free recorder classes at the Broadway School of Music and the Arts.The city is sponsoring the Enough is Enough gun buyback program during the same hours at the Cleveland Convention Center.Here, adults can turn in real guns and receive $100 gas cards. The first 450 people to turn in a gun will receive a gas card.
