CLEVELAND -- With almost two months to go in the year, Cleveland has registered its 119th homicide, tying the number for all of 2006. Brandon Griffin, 17, was found shot to death outside his home Thursday. His body went unnoticed in shrubbery Wednesday night and much of Thursday. No arrests were reported. Police said the number of guns on the street may be one reason for the spike in homicides.
