NewsChannel5's Adam Shapiro reported that a local medical technician has filed a lawsuit alleging that King (pictured, left) groped her and propositioned her while being treated at the Cleveland Clinic.

King was at the Cleveland Clinic last January for a checkup.

X-ray technician Deb Klimo (pictured, below) of Olmsted Township, Ohio, said that King made lewd comments toward her about having sex and even touched her left breast.

"We were walking down the hall, and at that time, that's when he put his arm around my back and touched my left breast," she said.

Klimo said that she told King to stop. She also said that there are witnesses to what happened.

"I was very upset and frustrated and I said, 'Can I ask you a question?' and he said, 'Yes,' and I said, 'Are you married?' and he said, 'Yes,' and I said, 'Then, what is your problem?'" she said. "He did try to kiss me in the room, (and) at that time I pushed him away and told him to stop it."

King's attorney, George Forbes, said that the allegations in the lawsuit are absolutely not true and that King acted like a perfect gentleman while being treated at the clinic.

"He is always sued," Forbes said. "He is a man of high profile. He is a very wealthy man, and we just take it in stride."

Forbes said that he has witnesses who will back King.

But Klimo's attorney, Caryn Groedel, said that she has witnesses who saw it happen.

"One of (them) has already given us a signed statement," she said.

Klimo said that she told her superiors about the incident and they reacted immediately, saying that she didn't have to care for King anymore.

Forbes said that he was aware of the alleged incident in January, but he said that at that time, Klimo was only upset about receiving flowers from King.

"I called (King) and said, 'Did you send this lady some flowers?' and he said, 'Yes I did,' but he said, 'I sent $5,000 worth of flowers to everybody at the hospital who waited on me, who treated me,'" Forbes said.

Klimo said that King began to proposition her on the first day she worked with him and that it got worse on the second day.

She could have asked someone else to work with King, but Klimo said that she didn't want to subject her co-workers to him.

Klimo is asking for an unspecified amount for mental anguish, trauma and humiliation.
