There is a Web site that tattles tales to a new level.

It gives users a place to make private backyard disputes public.

  SURVEY
Would you post information on the rotten neighbors Web site about your neighbors?

The Web site www.rottenneighbor.com lets users tell everything from people running meth labs in their living rooms to people having loud sex at night.

Anyone thinking of moving next door is just a keystroke away from finding out about this type of behavior by typing in a ZIP code.

The Web site has gotten more than 30,000 postings. Some of those postings are from northeast Ohio.

Clint Carey was shocked to find one of them was about him.

Carey, president of Pingree Village in Illinois, said that according to one of his neighbors, he sold out to a local developer.

"There is no accountability for what you post," he said. "Anyone can make a complaint."
