CLEVELAND -- Indians fans are questioning where LeBron James' loyalty lies after he showed up at Game 1 of the playoff series between the Yankees and the Indians wearing a Yankees hat.

James said he roots for the Yankees but he supports the Tribe also.

"Me and Sabathia are good friends, and I hope he pitches well," James said. "Right now, he's doing a great job, we will see how the game goes."

The Indians ended up beating the Yankees.

During the game, fans didn't show James any mercy. Fans sitting near him chanted in his direction, urging him to take off the hat.

By the sixth inning, the hat was gone and he left before the game was over.
