WESTLAKE, Ohio -- The search is on for a car thief accused of stealing two vehicles.

It all started in Sheffield Lake, where a pickup truck was stolen. The truck was later found in Westlake, in the same parking lot where a new sport utility vehicle was taken.

The SUV was discovered in Sheffield Lake, where the original truck was stolen.

But Westlake police said the thief wasn't too bright and left behind a gas station receipt in the truck. That led investigators to still pictures taken at a Sheffield Lake Speedway, showing the suspected thief wearing a comic book villain T-shirt.
