MANSFIELD, Ohio -- People in Mansfield say the flooding that they're dealing with now is the worst they've had in years. The floodwaters in Richland County caused a local branch of the post office to be closed."We've talked to supervisors, who tell us that there's a foot, foot and a half of water inside the post office right now," said Cindy Fischer, a letter carrier. The mail trucks were completely under water, causing the mail to be put on the roof.Dan Schneider was determined to get to his bakery."It normally takes me about 12 minutes to get down here but today it took me about an hour and a half," he said. "I had to follow the railroad tracks part of the way as it's the only way to get here."Roadways looked more like lakes."This is just devastating," said Phil Schindeldecker, a Mansfield resident. "I've never seen it like this in my life."
