Officials: Couple Accused Of Offering Kids Tattoos For Sex

NORTH ROYALTON, Ohio -- Police said a couple used an offer for tattoos on MySpace to lure children to their home.William Blanchard, 46, and Vina Reed, 32, Blanchard's girlfriend, were arrested on June 29 for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Couple Accused Of Luring Kids For Sex Blanchard, who calls himself a tattoo artist and goes by the nickname "Inkee," and Reed, face 54 felony charges.Prosecutors believe Blanchard created a cyber method to groom and take advantage of girls who showed up at his home, reported NewsChannel5's Bob Jones.Investigators said Blanchard called it "The Bad Girls Club."Officials said that once the children were at their home, the couple would give them alcohol and offered to give them tattoos in exchange for sex. Investigators said Blanchard and Reed took pictures of each other having sex with a 15-year-old Elyria girl.Inside the home, police said they found what appeared to be more sex pictures of other teen girls.Investigators said they were first tipped off by a woman who was inside the home for a tattoo and witnessed some inappropriate contact with kids.The couple was indicted for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and are currently in jail.Officials seized the couple's computer. Police are continuing to investigate the case, and believe there may be more victims.Anyone with any information should call the North Royalton police.
