No Bond For Firefighter Charged In July 4th Shootings

CLEVELAND -- A Cleveland firefighter charged with killing three of his neighbors faced a judge Friday.Terrance Hough was arraigned on three counts of aggravated murder and two counts of murder. The court decided not to give him bond.The charges are in connection with a shooting spree on July 4. Three people died and two others were injured.Prosecutors said Hough opened fire at his neighbors because their fireworks were bothering him.
