Firefighter Could Face Death Penalty In July 4 Shootings

CLEVELAND -- A Cleveland firefighter could face the death penalty if convicted in the shooting deaths of three people on the Fourth of July.Terrance Hough was indicted Tuesday on three counts of aggravated murder, all with death penalty specifications.He also faces two counts of attempted murder for the people who were shot and survived.Hough is accused of shooting the victims over loud fireworks.He will be arraigned on Aug. 10.
