Teen Drug Suspect No-Show In Court; Warrant Issued

CLEVELAND -- An arrest warrant has been issued for 18-year-old Arsenio Winston.

Winston is the teen who was called out in a scathing letter by Cleveland Councilman Mike Polensek.

Winston was supposed to be in court on Tuesday to face drug charges, but didn't show up.
