ST. LOUIS -- A group of children from Lake County were trapped in the St. Louis arch over the weekend. There were tense moments at the Gateway to the West when about 200 people got stuck inside the arch for hours. The children are from a Lake County church. Two people had to be treated for minor injuries. A power outage on the 630-foot high arch is to blame.
