CLEVELAND -- A Cleveland firefighter is being held without bond after making his first court appearance in connection with a Fourth of July shooting.Terrance Hough Jr., 35, was charged with three counts of aggravated murder in connection with the fatal shootings of three people. He could face additional charges when the facts of the case are presented to a grand jury, officials said.Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Gayle Williams told a judge that Hough is a threat to the community.Hough also waived his preliminary hearing, his attorney Tim Riley said.Riley also said that Hough's family "extends its deepest sympathy to everyone involved in this terrible tragedy."Officials said Hough complained about a loud party at his neighbors' house at about midnight on the Fourth of July. There was allegedly a confrontation, and Hough returned to his home to get a gun, officials said.Five people were shot and left lying in the home's driveway of the Sky Lane Drive home at about midnight, NewsChannel5 reported.Those killed were Jake Feichtner, 24, who was shot in the chest as well as Katherine Rosby, 27, and Bruce Anderson, 30, who were shot in the back. Two other people were injured.
