Twins Safe After Taken At Knifepoint

Police Arrest 21-Year-Old Father

Cleveland police canceled an Amber Alert on Sunday for a set of twins.

Police said Kevin and Brandon Vasquez were taken by their non-cusotdial father at knifepoint at 3:40 a.m. They said the twins were found safe at about noon.

The 2-year-old brothers were taken from their home on West 83rd Street.

Police arrested Noe Solis Vasquez, 21. They believe he was taking the twins to Columbus.

Charges could be filed against Vasquez on Monday.
