ROCKY RIVER, Ohio -- Richard Annabella, owner of Bella Derm Spa, appeared in Rocky River Municipal Court Wednesday morning. Annabella is accused of practicing medicine without a license. Prosecutors agreed to dismiss more than 50 felony accusations on the municipal level, so they could pursue felony charges before a grand jury. Bella Derm Spa is located in Westlake.
