Woman Claims She Got IllnessWestlake Cosmetologist Faces More Felony Charges

WESTLAKE, Ohio -- A Westlake cosmetologist who was the subject of a NewsChannel5 investigation was arrested again on more felony charges.Richard Annabella now faces 20 more counts of practicing medicine without a license. He is the owner of the Bella Derm medi-spa in Westlake.Investigators also said Annabella faces theft charges for allegedly signing a patient up for a credit card without her consent.Annabella faces a total of 56 felony charges. He is being held at the Westlake City Jail and his hearing will continue on Wednesday.Annabella is also under investigation by the State Board of Cosmology, which is trying to determine whether he operated outside the scope of practice.
