Local Girl Wins National Missing Children Poster Contest

ELYRIA, Ohio -- A student at St. Mary School in Elyria received a state award Wednesday for winning the national missing children's poster-essay contest.

Rachel Stevenson got her award from Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann.

Rachel's work also took top honors in the national competition. She will receive that award on Friday in Washington, D.C.
