Police: Man Who Shot 15-Year-Old Won't Be Charged

Cleveland police said 15-year-old was shot and killed during a robbery attempt Saturday night.

Investigators said Arthur C. Buford and another person tried to rob a 25-year-old man at about 8 p.m. at East 134th Street and Kinsman Avenue.

The 25-yr-old then used his own gun and fired rounds, hitting Buford. Buford later died at MetroHealth Medical Center.

Police said the gun owner has a valid weapons permit

The gun used to rob the 25-yr-old was also recovered.
