LAKEWOOD, Ohio -- The Lakewood Board of Education Monday accepted the resignation of a Lakewood High School teacher who is the subject of a police investigation.William Rabel stepped down after allegations surfaced about an inappropriate relationship with a 12th-grade student.The district said it is working with Lakewood police and the state department of education on their investigations.No charges have been filed against Rabel.
