CLEVELAND -- A tradition of shopping in downtown Cleveland is about to change, as Dillard's prepares to shut its doors for good.
NewsChannel5 reported that Monday is the last day for business at the downtown Dillard's location.
The company said that the store, which has been at that location since 1988, is closing because of a reduced number of shoppers.
The closing means that 150 workers will lose their jobs. Officials said that they will try to find them other jobs within the company.
There is no official word on what will replace the department store, although the owners of Tower City Center said that they are still in talks to bring a Target to that location.
