Arrest Made In Kidnapping, Rape Of Pregnant Clerk

MASSILLON, Ohio -- Police on Monday arrested a man they said robbed and raped a pregnant gas station clerk.

The incident happened Friday morning at a Speedway gas station on Hills and Dales Road in Massillon, police said.

Officials said 43-year-old Michael Jones robbed the gas station, abducted the clerk and sexually assaulted her.

Jones was arrested Monday afternoon without incident. He will be in court Tuesday morning for his arraignment.
