CLEVELAND -- A judge lifted a temporary restraining order against NewsChannel5 Friday.

In a court hearing, the judge ruled that WEWS can run a Ron Regan investigation that was originally scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday.

Judge Lifts TRO Against NewsChannel5

The judge had issued a TRO Thursday evening, blocking WEWS from running a story on a Westlake medi-spa. Regan found health department records that showed a local spa was doing procedures it was not supposed to be doing, NewsChannel5 reported.

The story will now air on NewsChannel5 at 6 p.m. Friday.
