POSTED: 4:39 pm EST February 14, 2007
UPDATED: 5:39 pm EST February 14, 2007

The heavy snow that fell across northeast Ohio Tuesday and Wednesday is causing roofs to collapse.

The latest collapse was at a Marathon service station on Fulton and Lorain roads.

Several cars became stuck when the canopy collapsed around 4 p.m. Witnesses inside the service station's store said they heard two loud crashes and looked outside to see the roof on top of the cars.

One witness said he and another man pulled out a man who became trapped while pumping gas.

One person was transported to MetroHealth Medical Center and he is expected to be OK, NewsChannel5 reported.

Earlier Wednesday, snow brought down the roof of the Brand Haven Swim Club in Jackson Township.

There were no injuries and crews are working to clear the scene.
