Police Release Photos Of Mentor Mall Kiosk Theft

MENTOR, Ohio -- Police are continuing to look for two men who robbed a kiosk at the Great Lakes Mall in October.On Monday, Mentor police released photos taken by security cameras during the theft at the Jewelry Box Kiosk.Police said the thieves are two black men in the late 30s to early 40s, both with short hair.Police said one of the men acted as a lookout while the other reached over the counter, using unknown means to unlock the display cabinets and remove a box containing numerous rings and a diamond necklace.The stolen jewelry is valued at more than $3,500.Police are asking anyone who recognizes either of the men to call the Mentor police detective bureau at 440-974-5763.
