ELYRIA, Ohio -- Officials said that a group of teens forced a 4-year-old to perform oral sex on a 13-year-old, according to NewsChannel5.
The incident allegedly took place in the garage of one of the teen's home.
WEWS said that the teens threatened the 4-year-old of bodily injuries if he would not do the sexual act.
Neighbors are shocked at the report of the incident.
One of the boys allegedly involved told the parents of the 4-year-old after the incident took place. They reported it to police.
Police are investigating.
