Firefighters are at the GEM building, located in the flats, after reports of smoke in the area.

Hazmat crews have also been called to the scene.

It's unknown if anyone has been injured.

The GEM factory caught fire in April and six workers were injured. About 17,000 gallons of toxic material spilled during that incident.
