CLEVELAND -- A deacon at the Cleveland Church of Christ has been indicted, accused of inappropriately touching an 11-year-old on multiple occasions.

Davis, 48, of Bedford, faces 15 counts of gross sexual imposition. He faces up to 75 years in prison.

He is a friend of the alleged victim's family. The inappropriate touching started when the child was 7 years old, officials said.

In 2005, the victim's mother was in the hospital and the child was left in Davis' care.
