It's considered to be an honor, but also a jinx – and Cleveland fans are all too familiar with the Sports Illustrated scare.

LeBron James and Shaquille O'Neal grace the cover of the magazine's NBA season preview issue, which hits newsstands Wednesday.

The cover shows James with his arms crossed, showing a "nothing but business" attitude, and Shaq playing the role of enforcer, warning the rest of the NBA to beware of the Cavaliers this season.

The two Cavaliers stars are accompanies by the headline "Watch Out! Stars Align in Cleveland (And Boston…And L.A…)".

This is the ninth time James has been on SI's cover, and it’s the 15th time for O'Neal.

But does it mean anything more than just recognizing one of the best teams in all of the NBA? Only time will tell, as the Cavs kick off the regular season next week.

Last season during the playoffs in May, the SI cover displayed James in full glory with the caption "Cleveland Rocks." The Cavs went on to lose to Orlando in the Eastern Conference Finals.
