2008 Minneapolis, MN -- (Sports Network) - LeBron James posted 32 points, as the Cleveland Cavaliers used a strong fourth quarter to post a 93-70 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Target Center.James shot 14-of-20 from the floor for the Cavaliers, who recently had their franchise-record 11-game win streak snapped by Atlanta but improved to 21-4 on the season. Delonte West contributed 21 points, while Wally Szczerbiak had 10 points in the win. Anderson Varejao provided 13 points and 11 rebounds for Cleveland. "The team just needs to believe in itself and remain confident, win the games you are supposed to," West said. "I'm not saying anything bad about any other team, but certain games you must win to solidify home-court in the playoffs." Al Jefferson had 20 points and 11 rebounds for the Timberwolves, who continued to slide with their 11th straight loss, including six straight to open up Kevin McHale's stint as the team's head coach. Mike Miller added 14 points and seven rebounds, while Kevin Ollie and Craig Smith each posted 12 points in the loss. "We have a tough schedule, a tough opponent, but no excuse, though," Jefferson said. "We'll keep working at it, I never said it was gonna be easy." James was perfect from the floor in the first, going 3-for-3 for seven points, and the Cavaliers held a 24-21 edge after the opening frame. In a low-scoring second quarter, Cleveland outscored Minnesota, 16-6, in the first 8:13. Szczerbiak's three gave the visitors a 40-27 lead and they took a 44-38 advantage into halftime. The third period was just as low-scoring, with the Cavs outscoring the T'Wolves, 19-18, en route to taking a 63-56 lead into the fourth. West's steal and ensuing three-point play with 8:05 left in the game gave Cleveland a solid 75-62 lead. James sank a three on the next possession, and Minnesota never put together a rally, as the Cavs took the victory with a 30-14 edge in the final frame. "If we play defense for 48 minutes instead of one quarter, we'll be all right," West said.
