Damon's Files For Chapter 11

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- A popular local restaurant chain has filed for Chapter 11. Damon's International Inc. made its bankruptcy announcement Wednesday, just days after its sister restaurant chain, Max and Erma's, took similar action, NewsChannel5 partner ONN reported. Both companies have their roots in Columbus, but are owned by Pittsburgh-based G&R Acquisition Inc.There are 53 Damon's restaurants.Damon’s listed $1 million to $10 million in assets and $1 million to $10 million in debt.
